About the project
The house is designed and built according to the Energy saving standards of the Passivehouse-Institute, Darmstadt.
According to European standards,
the house has a comfortable living environment with minimal energy consumption and
no negative impact on climate and environment.
- The correct location on the ground, the wind rose is taken into account, There are no windows and doors on the north side.
- Complete sealing and insulation of the entire volume of the house, including foundations, roofs, walls, windows and doors.
- Application of energy-efficient windows and doors, materials with reduced thermal conductivity.
- Application of energy saving equipment: heat pump, ventilation systems with recuperation.
